An event inquiry form must be completed for consideration of services, as this form will assist in providing the most accurate quote for your event. Please allow the planner/coordinator a minimum of 5 days to review an inquiry.
A return email will be sent with a proposal, and after which the proposal is received and accepted, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made within 7 days. Once an inquiry form is submitted, you are agreeing to ATC’s policies and procedures.
There is a minimum requirement of 3 hours to properly set up an event.
Anything less than 3 hours will not be accepted for events that require setup for more than 40 guests. When booking venues, please be sure that they allow the required time for setup as well. Please be sure that the venue has the tables and chairs out already, and I will rearrange for my desired set-up.
Note: I do NOT provide linen for the food table. The caterer or client is required to provide linen for the food table.
